The Bait House is available all year round to let however, based on its location and heating sources, can be slightly chillier in the winter! The log fire keeps everyone warm!

we are open all year and all bookings must be a minimum of three nights. During the summer months (end of June - August) all bookings are a minimum of seven nights with changeover days on a Saturday. We do occasionally have shorter lets available in the summer and these will be listed below.
